Don't see a part number - but my MAT dongle indicates that it's made by Rainbow Technologies "Sentinel Superpro".

Might want to visit their site: www.rainbow.com

J, I am getting massive ...Remote Side Health Change Errors, about 4 times every minute. The Verizon NOC has indicated that the Dongle holder need to be replaced

Where are these messages appearing? Popups, PC OS, manufacturer maintenance (i.e., Compaq/HP Insight Manager?

You won't just be able to get a new dongle overnight. Dongles usually contain a chip that is serial-number coded for a particular user and application. If it is defective, it will have to come out of Nortel. We went thru this on our first MAT install when somehow the dongle was lost between the vendor warehouse and our site. It took 2 months to get a replacement.

I believe that the dongle in question is the Security ID Dongle for the PBX. This is a small round metal security chip resembling a large watch battery. This sits in a holder, which then plugs into the back of the pentium cards.

This should be available from your vendor, and if you have maintenance, covered by them I would think.

I would think it would be your vendors problem to get the part number not yours. I know if it one of our customers it would be our problem.
