Location: The other side of the Lake from work Rep Power: 11 ![]() | Anyone who knows this? (been YEARS since I programmed this last) Here's the 411: (Nortel 81 25.4 and Octel VM) An ext. 12345 is for the Mail Center, open from 8am to 8pm. They have a VM for that Ext. (with a Day greeting)....They ALSO have a Vm for ext. 54321 (with a Night greeting) What we would like to do is have the calls hit VM A from the 8-8 (or have option of picking up by live person) AFTER 8pm, we would like the number to be redirected to VM B. I know that Nortel will allow transfer (or redirect) by time of day, but can't remember how to do it... Anyone? __________________ You can't wield supreme executive power just because some watery tart threw a sword at you - Look, if I went 'round saying I was an Emperor, just because some moistened bint had lobbed a scimitar at me, they'd put me away!

You will need a conditional mailbox within EVIL Octel that will use a TOD schedule to determine which greeting to play. Post back with any questions. Jack
