Option 61 C

I need to make it so that when users (in certain situations) call another number and that number is busy they can press the ring again button to be notified when the dialed party finishes their phone call.
I'm having trouble setting this up because our phones forward to voicemail and don't ring busy.
What's the right way to set this up?

You have to use CPFD instead of CPFA ( Forced Camp-On from another set Denied ). By using this calls will not go to VM if the called user is busy.
I don´t know of any other way to solve this.

You can set HUNT to 000 (3 times zero), it will give a busy tone then. The phones have to set to CLS HTA.

Of course no call will be directed to the mailbox anymore when the line is busy. You can mix this functions with the CLS CFTA to hunt external busy calls to the Mailbox and allow internal call to ringback.
