TALK CHEAP BALTIMORE

We've got an Option 11C that serves a few of our sites and we have problems with Trunks sticking BUSY... I'll stat out all the cards and there will be 5 or 6 trunks busy and only 2 sets busy... does anyone have any idea what is going on here? The only way I've found to reset the trunks is to power down the switch and turn it back on. It's kind of annoying having to do that though... any suggestions?

Thanks,

Dan

Have you done a trace on the Trunks to confirm that they are not connected to v/m or involved in a conference call?

I'd be real hesitant to expect a one to one relationship between active trunks and active stations.
