Card Identification

Hi all,

Having done a inv gen card on a system I'm not familiar with, I see there's one in the list noted simply as:

'BRI' <unavailable>

...any ideas how I get the NT part number for this card, or even a clue as to what the card is doing [other than its involved with Basic rate ISDN somehow]. It does obviously show me the LSC ref for the card, but unfortunately I'm remote from the system and don't have an I.T friendly I can call upon to go and look for me.

Many thanks for your time.

Hi Shankar, thanks for your reply.

I stat'd the card in LD32 and it came back with 8 channels [0-7] and all were uneq'd. I'm a little rusty here, does that verify no h/w in place, or just no config using the card as yet ?

Many thanks for your time.

Not sure how a BRI responds to inventory.
But i have seen for PRIs , <unavailable> means no card.
and when there is a card equipped it will simply show PRI loop number
