Good afternoon! I have a problem. I have a potential customer having some DID problems. They have a very small system, only 7 or 8 phones, and everyone has a DID. The have an operator console, and all of a sudden all the did calls started ringing only on the handsfree button of the operator console. I don't really know anything else about the company. Also thrown in the mix would be a high turnover rate, and all documentation for the system, including the administration password, is probably gone. Does anyone have any idea why all DID calls would be ringing only on the operator console now? Also, is there a solution to finding the console password? I think I already know the answer to that, but I hope someone has a better one!
