We have an OPT 11C that we have changed the 4W tie trunks from the tie trunk card to a T1 card. We are using the NTAK09 type T1 card. We are experiencing a problem on the T1 card. We have 5 DSO's in service on the T1 card. We are having a problem with the last DSO going into lockout state periodically at the OPT 11C. We have moved the last DSO to another position on the T1 card. Once moved the trouble moves to the new DSO . When the lockout occurs at the OPT 11 the other end of the T1 is showing an idle state on the DSO in question. Does anyone have any experience on a problem like this?

let me see if I got this correct, you said if you move the DS0 (lets say) from chnl 5 to chnl 6 then the problem moves also? is it the same card on the chnl bank?I would try switching that and see if the problem goes away
