The VPs would like to call our sister company in the UK using a 10-10 number but when I put it in LD 90 and try to use it, I get a fast busy. What am I doing wrong?

First things first, can you either direct select a member of Rt. 0 or dial the ACOD of Rt. 0 and then dial 1010297 and get the call to complete?

In RLI 0 you two entries that choose the same route, why?

Post back and we can go from there.

Honestly, I have no idea. This was set up long before I took it over and I don't understand too much about routes unfortunatly.

Print RT 0, your looking for the ACOD prompt in the print out, dial the ACOD and you should get dial tone back -- by dialing the acod you are bypassing the Bars/Nars programming -- then try the 1010297 number.

Does it work?

I tried all the ACODs and none give me a dial tone.

I hope I found the correct ACOD, I did:
