Location: Chicago -- CENTER OF THE UNIVERSE Rep Power: 12 ![]() | ISDN line as route T, First things first, can you either direct select a member of Rt. 0 or dial the ACOD of Rt. 0 and then dial 1010297 and get the call to complete? In RLI 0 you two entries that choose the same route, why? Post back and we can go from there. Jack

Location: Chicago -- CENTER OF THE UNIVERSE Rep Power: 12 ![]() | T, Print RT 0, your looking for the ACOD prompt in the print out, dial the ACOD and you should get dial tone back -- by dialing the acod you are bypassing the Bars/Nars programming -- then try the 1010297 number. Does it work? Jack
