My M1 send continuous error BUG681 and 273 (without a message type). It pollute so much that the terminal is useless. Otherwise the PBX seems to work fine.

No idea where this situation can come from and if there is a way to get ride off this messages without re-starting the PBX (it's a 24h site) ?

(opt. 81C - Rls 25.15 - Symposium 3.0 - MAT 6.6 - MMail 13 )

First thing I'd recommend is to upgrade from 25.15, this rls. was a MAJOR disaster!!!

Do you have acd q's at this site?

Did anything recently change at this site?

Is this the exact bug message, I've never seen the 273 bit before?

I promise, as soon as I 'm successful in convincing my boss than Nortel sold us an awful rls and we have to pay to upgrade, I do it.

Yes, there is ACD queues. It's a call center with Symposium.

Nothing has been changed on the PBX, we just add a Tapi server 2.3, started but not in use now.

Yes it's the exact Bug message and 273 never appear with letter, only 273 again and again. And our vendor never seen this before too. We found a new error message, even unknown to Nortel I think !!

I talk too fast. Nortel provide our vendor with the patch p15717_1.cp4. Future will tell us if it works...
