NACD over SIP

we have introduced SIP trunking between our to main sites for over a month. i am having a problem with NACD between call centers where calls are displayed to the agents but the talk path is missing. I had the RLI ENTR 0 set with the SIP route, ENTR 1,2 set with the PRI route. After it became clear that the SIP trunks were the cause for the dropped calls the RLI's were configured to ENTR 0,1 over the PRI and ENTR 2 over the SIP. Since the change was made calls are completing. It looks like NACD D-Channel data and Voice paths over SIP are not synched. Has anyone exprienced this?
