Location: Toronto Rep Power: 7  | Unrecognized Sig Server Commands Hi Folks, There is a doc out there called "Troubleshooting Guide for Distributors" NN43001-730. It is a great guide but have found a problem. There is a section of the doc call "VoIP Command Reference" in this section there are multiple commands listed that do not seem to be recognized by my sig server (Rls 5.5) eg. usiQueryResetReason Syntax: usiQueryResetReason "phone IP address" Send a request to the IP Phone as to the reason for the last reset. The response from the IP Phone appears on the console. This command is supported only by IP Phone firmware Release 1.26 or later. Is there any reason why these commands are documented and are not actually available? Is there something I have to do to open this up. I thought it may be a privelge thing so I even tried an ADMIN2 user with PDT access with no success. Has anyone ever used this? | ||||||||
