3902, 3903, 3904 screens showing model?

Hey guys,

I have an issue with one of our lines.

No matter what phone i connect up, it is showing up on screen with "model?"

this is with 3902 3903 & 3904 sets.

I have no idea what TN is it. Im trying to working this out.

If it is showing "model?", then the TN is not programmed. This is the original set-based-installation from Option 11 where an unequipped digital set would prompt for "model?" and allow you to choose from pre-configured models as a template.
