Call Log

The system is a CS1000E. We use both 3904 sets and 1140 Ip sets. The call log option works OK on the 3904's but not on the 1140's. When I compare set programs I see that the 3904's have key 27 CLT & key 28 RLT. I was unable to add key 27 CLT & key 28 RLT to the 1140. What changes are required to make this call log feature work on the 1140's.

I thought the 1140E softkeys are 17-26....so 27 and 28 would be out of range....
But I could be wrong - I don't have the book with me.

The call log capability for IP phones is provided by the Sig Server. Make sure that the elan IP of the Sig server is keyed in the "Personal dir server IP address" using EM.
