We are running an Option 11C with Rel 24.24 using 3903 and 3904.

We're paying Verizon for CLID with Name Display; however it's not showing up, just the number is.

They claim that our ISDN line is built as an NI2 Protocol and thay they are sending number and name. I checked the protocol in our switch and verified that "IFC" was set to NI2 which it is.

Does anyone know where else I would look to locate this problem?

You need to be on 25.40b to get this to work
