Error while enabling DCH:CHECK RS232/RS422
Option 61c

We installed a Dual PRI card to connect with a VoIP gateway. We got one loop created on the card and everything is working fine. We need to duplicate the same thing and create another PRI trunk to connect to the gateway using the same route. We're basically trying to increase the number of channels available for use by VoIP. However, when I try to enable new DCH I get this message:
DCH: 15 DISABLE INDICATION TIME: 17:27:16
REASON - CHECK RS232/RS422

I can't find what's causing this issue. The loop that is currently working is 14; the loop we are building is 15. Here are my printouts.

You most likely have the wrong RS interface on your MSDL card, the DCH is set for RS422 but your MSDL is set for RS232
