Location: Arizona Rep Power: 7 ![]() | Avaya CI and CMS with Nortel PBX I've got an 11E, rls 21, that sends out our main bill-to number for all outbound calls. I want to send calls out with the ANI of the actual extension placing the call rather than the bill-to number. The 11E has one PRI with DID/DOD service from our carrier. I've checked the RDB used for outbound calls and SBN and BILN are set to NO. What else do I need to check?

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah Rep Power: 7 ![]() | How to disable sets that are unused You are close to being setup already with a PRI, need to make sure that Listed Directory is set to No in the CDB. I forget what load that is. Then in ld 17 you can configure the DCH of your PRI with the right RCAP setting i.e ND2. You will need to see what your service provider will support. I have 96 trunks over 4 T-1's facing WCOM that use ND2 ( Name Display). Also you will need to enable the right stuff in the cls of the originating DN/TN i.e. dnda [Edited on 10/12/2002 by mmtech]
