I am trying to do a full list of local users but when I press F5 for the Find Option in Local Voice Users I get nothing. I was able to do this a couple of years ago but can't remember if I did anything different. I've been through the manual with a find tooth comb and am beginning to think I am going crazy. Does anyone have any suggestions?

If you are at your MerMail console the F5 key should work. If you are using an emulator then you may need to map F5 to perform this task. You might be able to use F10 without mapping F5. Post back what emulation software you are using and maybe we can give you the key mapping. You would then need to enter that config and you will be in business.

You might want to review your key mapping before implementing what I am about to propose.

In procomm do the following:

Highlight your mail connection
goto call setup
goto data tab
goto terminal options
goto edit keyboard file

Your keys should have the following:

F1 = ^[OP
F2 = ^[OQ
F3 = ^[OR
F4 = ^[OS
F5 = ^[[21~

This should allow the find option in MerMail to be accessed through your Procomm application. I hope this is helpful.

Cisco ICM and Avaya Help

Thanks Rachel! It worked perfectly! In fact the F5 key was originally assigned ^[OT . Thanks again!
