Location: Ottawa Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Succession 3.0 I think I am still missing something. When I dial 5656 and get VM I hit 0 and I get "A valid attendant number has not been specificed" error message. I want the call to go to DN 5630. I have put 5630 as the revert DN for VMB 5656 and saved. But I still get the same messge. Any help would be appreciated. | ||||||||

Location: Lou, KY Rep Power: 9 ![]() | He vs. She On mail box 5656 in your MerMail you would put 5630 as the revert DN. Then when a caller gets voice mail while calling 5656 if the caller presses 0 the call will be diverted to 5630. Be sure that 5630 is a valid phone number. Other than that I can't imagine what would be missing.
