Location: Florida, Where old phonemen go to die Rep Power: 7  Country:  | ITG Line 3.0 Do you mesn the console that you use to program the PBX?. If so you can use any pc thats connected to a SDI port and use a program like Procomm and capture it to a file. The last place I worked I just used the MAT terminal to capture to a file daily. Location: New York Rep Power: 7 | Sending out DODs from PRI If you mean the attendant console, I am not aware of any "monitoring" software specific to the console. You could setup traffic reports to run and give you info for the attendant. I guess it all depends on what kind of data you are looking for. | ||||||||
