Rep Power: 0  | mail We're having a small problem. We have an OPT11 system that allows us to transfer calls to any extensions, but it will not allow us to transfer calls from one 2250 to andother 2250. If we try, we get a busy signal! I'm new to all this, so if you need any more information, just ask. Thanks in advance for your help! | ||||||||

Rep Power: 0 | Sn for Megalink one console is 1114 and the other is 1120. That is all I know.... We have these systems at two locations. At one location this function works. Here, however it does not. I have the programming for both in front of me. Is there anything I should be looking for? Our normal programmer quit shortly after this was installed, and our operators have to physically switch phones over the course of the day. | ||||||||

Rep Power: 0 | 2250 to 2250 I guess I'm too unfamiliar with the whole situation. I appreciate everyone's help! I just can't figure out why our operator can transfer to any extension within the building, except the other operator. This is baffling! Is there some code or function that might not be enabled? | ||||||||
