Rep Power: 0  Country:  | cant forward voice menu to cell phone I am trying to build my cell phone as an option to my voice menu on an opt11c with meridian mail. When I call from inside it is fine and goes right to the cell but if I call from an outside line it goes right back to my auto attendant. What am I missing to allow it to dial long distance to my cell? I had it working fine with my old cell number (also long distance) but I didnt set that up and know I am missing a step. Rep Power: 0 Country: | Can you lead me in the right direction here? I am not very experienced (obviously) with this sort of system but because of downsizing it is left to me. Is this a per acd thing or a global setting. Also like I said my last cell was long distance and it worked fine but I programmed this one like my written instructions. I assume I missed something when the contractor completed the first one. | ||||||||
