Group,

I am new to the nortel system and I am having some issues getting some things set up. I think it would help if I had the docs to go with my system but I don't. If somone could help me find out what model I have then I could go about finding some docs for my system. My two main issues that I am having right now are that not all of the phones are rinning when a call comes in and that the system is dialing in pulse dial and I need tone dialing. If any could help that would be really greatly appreciated.

What does the phone system look like (color, shape, dimensions,...)? Is there any label on it?

After doing more research on the phone system I have a Meridian NT5B01 6x16 with software cartridge NT5B01CD v. 02. If that information is correct that is what I have.
