Rep Power: 7 ![]() | I have two users who share a phone. When user 2347 is on her first line and gets a second call, it rolls over to Key 3 (2316). So that she knows the second call is for HER, she would like it to rollover to 3347. Is there a way to do that without moving 3347 to Key 3 or screwing up the rollover for user 2355? (2316 is an MCR for the general department extension and it appears on all phones in the department.) Location: Toronto Rep Power: 6 ![]() | why not move 3347 to key 3? the MSB to key 6 , 2316 and 3316 to keys 4 & 5? You also say 2316 is a MCR, but in your printout its an SCR. Change it to MCR and you shouldnt need 3316 at all, other phones with 2316 programmed will continue to accept calls if one user is on thr line. If they are all busy it will go to voicemail. Do that and you can leave MSB on key 5. I know this sounds confusing, maybe I misunderstood what you need but this should accomplish what you have asked for.

Rep Power: 7 ![]() | Octel 250 overture You're correct about my MCR/SCR error. The TN post was correct, my wording was not. Thanks for your help, and your post was very clear. It's just that the supervisor of the department specifically asked the for the extensions to be set up in that order. I may have to have a discussion with her about changing that.
