Busy Extensions just ringing
Hi all,

We are having a strange problem where all the TYPE 500 phones when busy; just ring

We have tried the following:

CLS HTD FND FBD

with no success.

Is there a universal setting to enable the busy tone?

how about in the CDB under FTR_DATA the following:

OPT VOBA

where VOBA is Make Set Busy and Voice Call Override Enhancement
Allowed

Was thinking of changing to VOBD...

Post the TNB as suggested but you want your CLS to HTA FNA the FBD depends if you are using DID's or not.

You'll also need to tell the TN where to HUNT to
