Software to monitor Consoles?

for some reason NXX 641 in not working on the 61C, I have try changing RLI only get a fast busy>

nxx 641
RLI 1
SDRR NONE
ITEI NONE

it is program as the rest of the prefix on the switch. :casstet:

SEE IF YOU CAN FIND A POTS LINE AND PUT A BUTT SET ON IT AND SEE IF YOU CAN DIAL THAT NXX

NXX 641 not working

yes I can, and I could dial from any public phone here except from the switch it is the only prefix that I am having problems with it goes to the VA hospital area (641).

BACKING UP OPTION 11

Use d-channel monitoring -- if this is going out on PRI, to confirm EXACTLY what your sending and to see why the co is rejecting your call.

You also may want to direct select a trunk in the route (s) associated w/ RLI 1 and try dialing the exchange in ?, this way your are past the NARS/BARS entries.

enl msgi x x=Dchannel
enl msgo x x=Dchannel

I= Incoming
O= outcoming All you need to do is the out going.

THE CUSTOMER FROM HELL !!!

You can try Jack's other suggestion by setting up a phone with a TGAR of 0. Then dial the ACOD for the route in question, wait for dial tone, and try dialing a number with the problem NXX.
