Caller ID

I have a weird problem when my caller ID isn't working anymore for local calls but it is working for long distance calls. All my outbound local calls show up as one extension (which happens to be my CallPilot) and all my long distance calls show up as the DID. Could this be a programming thing or is it the local carrier?

On your phones what does your key 0 look like ex. key 0 scr 1234 x. The x represents your clid table number. Is it set to 0? If so print out your clid table in 21

Are your circuits setup for you to send a differant clid or do they default to the lead billing number of your pri's

This is what my CLID looks like:

ENTRY 0
HNTN XXX
ESA_HLCL YYY
ESA_INHN NO
ESA_APDN YES
HLCL YYY
DIDN YES
HLOC
LSC
CLASS_FMT DN

XXX = Area code
YYY = Exchange

The behavior I am experiencing is true for every set on the PBX. They are all sending the correct caller ID to long distance recipients and sending the DID of my CallPilot service to all local recipients.
