SCH5783 Error??

Someone asked me if this is possible:

Dial the LDN of a company. Rings 4 times, hits a Voicemail Menu (maybe a thrudial?), that says" We value your call...please stay on the line....." then the Revert goes to "0" and the operator picks up at the Console....

How is this possible without ACD, Attendant overflow, and without the Console in Nights? The customer swears that it was working before....

How are calls coming in copper or T1/PRI?

Can you post a TNB of one of the trunks?

Are you saying that the call was ringing 4 times somewhere besides the console?
Attendant Alternative Answering will allow calls to "forward-no-answer" to voice mail.

BACKING UP OPTION 11

I don't have the TNB, A tech asked me to post it to the board for him, He will be on later to post more info on this. Just thought someone may have a screwy set up like this that might be able to shed some light on it, Alternate answering DN sounds like that may be a possiblity.

Thanks guys, when/if I get more info I will pass it on.
