Opt 11C is not much different in this regard.
You can use the next available TTY/PRT number.
Go to LD 37 and type STAT.
Chances are that 3 is available.

What does your Route look like, and have you enabled it?

The route should look like this:

0.0.0.0 X.X.X.X

Where X is the IP of the Gateway. As for enabling the route, this can be done in LD 117 by first doing this:

prt route

Which will tell you what route number is assigned, then do this:

enl route X (Again X is the route number)

It should come back saying OK, though sometimes I've had it come back as failed and it still works.

If that doesn’t help go to LD 137 and disable and enable the ELNK, sometimes this helps kick it in the pants.

dis elnk

enl elnk
