Voice Segments

I added 2 new voice segments into CCMA and had them recorded in CP Application Builder, added to and existing script and now I cannot hear the recorded message play. I can listen to then through Voice Item Maintenance and even when I do a Call by Call report on my call it says the messages is playing but I cannot hear them.

Thoughts?

Try to put "Wait 30" in the script just after the statement to play. We used to have this problem when we did not give ample time for the announcement to be played. A delay solved the issue. Hope this helps you as well.
