Location: 1069.7 miles from Tiverton, Ontario (CANADA) Rep Power: 14 ![]() | Voice Segments I added 2 new voice segments into CCMA and had them recorded in CP Application Builder, added to and existing script and now I cannot hear the recorded message play. I can listen to then through Voice Item Maintenance and even when I do a Call by Call report on my call it says the messages is playing but I cannot hear them.
