Problem with Cs 1000 telephony manager

Hi all

I am wondering if someone can assist, i have a CS 1000 telephony manager setup and i have been using fine but recently when i do search under telephones i can see all users but when i click on one i cannot see the details all i get is a screen saying telephone details and the buttons for cancel save etc

i have rebooted the server serveral times to with no change i was wondering if someone can assist

Make sure u select the correct system in TM and do an update system data as this happens if we select an incorrect system type
