Rep Power: 0  Country:  | DTMF not received results in dead-air or incorrect digits entered Some callers to our audio bridge experience dead-air after the main greeting is played. Others are told "the meeting does not exist" after entering a legitimate 4 digit meeting ID number. Audio bridge logs say it did not receive DTMF when these incidents occured. Routing as follows: Audio bridge main no. DID 3131 configured as an ACD ncfw to 8027 which is the ACOD of Route 27. Route 27(DTI)consist of 192 channels, from 8 Tie T1's What should be checked? | ||||||||
