CPND Manager Invalid Entries?

I'm a little stumped here. I'm trying to clean up our OTM setup and I'm running into a slight problem. I'm going through the CPND Manager and clearing up any items that still need to be synced up and/or deleted.

Here's my issue:

I have a few entries listed as either:

1) OUT
2) RPL
3) CUR

All of these entries are invalid. By invalid, I mean what they want to do, I don't want them to do. I've tried deleting them, but it won't go away. I've also done a reconcile, which helped get rid of the entries for DNs that no longer exist, but I'm stuck on these.

Anyone know how I can get rid of them without transmitting, and then repairing what they've done?

Be carefull with this. I went through and deleted all CPND entries and I had to have OTM reloaded. I iwll look back on any notes and pass that info along.

I was just trying to clean everything up, as we'll be upgrading from OTM to TM 3.2 and I was told we'll be migrating.
