Exclamation zone dialling

Hi,

have a centralize deployment of a CS1000E with multiple SMG across the country.
need to workout a dialling plan as follow:

branch X to branch Y: xxxx (area code) + 5 digit extension number
inter branch calling: 5 digit extension

is there anyway to achive the above?
heard tat rls6 will have the ability for zone dialling... is it true?

Don't know the full functionality, but here are few things that i noticed
New package has been introduced for zone based dialing! - pkg 420

We have a new prompt for phones - NUMZONE.
Num Zones are created in ld 117 or via EM
Each Num zone can have its own prefix, AC1 and AC2
Num Zone is different from the Bandwidth Zone that we had earlier!

When user attempts to dial any digits from a phone, the callserver appends the zone prefix (the zone prefix to which the TN belongs) to the dailed number - so user within the same zone can dial the DN without Zone prefix.

how to while the call are all internal call? pls enlighten me....
i been thinking to use LSC, however by doing so can't prevent those caller who know the actual extension to dial directly without the LSC code...

IntraNumzone dialing will be achieved by dialing the EXT/DN number.
InterNumzone dialing will be achieved by dialing the the ac1/ac2 followed by the Numzone prefix + DN - the RLI shud be configured to terminate the call locally by seeing the Numzone prefix.

from what i understand, this feature is to ensure outgoing call will be terminate at their own respective gateway.
but this doesn't help to route the internal call to PSTN during the event of WAN link is down and all SMG become standalone.
