Duh...

Is it possible to have 5-M2616 with a A06 conference button conference 25 or more people by having the first M2616 starting a conference then one of the other M2616's adding the other conference parties ??? Thank you much...

I've had Set A initiate a conference with Set B, and C and then Had Set C
initiate a conference with Set D and E, but I've never exceeded the AO6 setting. Give it a try.

It might be possible, in fact you can conference more than 6 parties with AO6. I have added 8 parties.
But you are limited to 30 timeslots in each network group by the conference card which could potentially cause problems for other users doing transfers or conferences.
Anyway, a meeting room has much better quality.

"All M1's block double conferencing and thanks"

This I presume you got from the Feature Guide description of the Conference feature.
This means that two phones in the same conference cannot activate the conference key at the same time.
But, after the conference key is pressed the 2nd time and the conference is established, any other set can then use the conference key again to add others.
I have had calls with 18 parties involved, 9 of them added on from one set, the others added on by other members already in the conference.

On Option 11C, you are limited to 6 parties in a conference. On Option 51/61C/81C, you can technically go up to 31 parties (i.e. a full conference loop) but voice quality degrades significantly as the background noise from each party starts to accumulate.

A better solution for what you are trying is the Meridian Integrated Conference Bridge (MICB) which can provide up to 32 ports to a single conference or two cards can be combined to provide up to 62 ports to a single conference.
