Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Thanks for all the suggestions - would you believe I know there is something probably very basic I am overlooking but here goes (I'm still very new to this stuff- sorry I have a 61C, Rls. 24, V.25. There are 2 MCR groups, both prior ACD groups that the clients no longer wanted. Each MCR group rings on 10 to 11 users phones. WPCarey has 3 POTs on Centrex lines in a hunt group, one of which also has an 800 # pointing to it - each of the 3 TNs has the ATDN with the MCR extension with internal routing table positions. Winthrop's number is pointing to an internal MCR DN. My problem is if a user is on a WPCarey call, the next call will roll over to the Winthrop line - not always on the same user's phone. I have talked to our local carrier and they said that if the hunt feature is taken off on the CO side, the 4th incoming call to WPCarey will get a busy signal - which is a no-go. I am posting the RDB, TN info of one of the WPCarey positions on the Centrex lines, TNs of all users phones with WPCarey and the TN detail of a WPCarey user. What should I look for? Am pulling my hair out on this one! And no, we do not want to go back to ACD groups. Any ideas would be greatful - Laura REQ: prt TYPE: rdb CUST 0 ROUT 45 TYPE RDB CUST 00 ROUT 45 DES WP CAREY TKTP COT PRIV NO SAT NO RCLS EXT DTRK NO ISDN NO PTYP ACO AUTO YES ICOG ICT STEP ACOD 84 TARG 01 CLEN 1 BILN NO OABS TIMR ICF 512 OGF 512 EOD 13952 DSI 34944 NRD 10112 DDL 70 ODT 4096 RGV 640 FLH 510 GRD 896 SFB 3 CRD 512 TFD 0 LEXT 100 SST 3 0 NEDC ETH FEDC ORG CPDC NO SPCT IMM HOLD 02 02 40 SEIZ 02 02 RGFL 02 02 RVSD 08 31 ILLR 02 02 DRNG NO CDR NO MUS YES MRT 32 MANO NO FRL 0 0 FRL 1 0 FRL 2 0 FRL 3 0 FRL 4 0 FRL 5 0 FRL 6 0 FRL 7 0 OHQ NO OHQT 00 OHTD NO PLEV 2 MCTS NO ALRM NO ART 0 PAGE 002 SGRP 0 AACR NO TYPE: tn TYPE TNB TN 8 0 2 3 DATE PAGE DES TN 008 0 02 03 TYPE COT CDEN 8D CUST 0 XTRK EXUT FWTM NO TIMP 600 BIMP 3COM AUTO_BIMP NO TRK ANLG NCOS 3 RTMB 45 1 ATDN 4709 SIGL LOP SUPN NO AST NO IAPG 0 CLS UNR DTN CND WTA LPR APN THFD P10 NTC LOL TKID DATE 28 APR 2003 DN 4709 CPND NAME WP Carey XPLN 8 DISPLAY_FMT FIRST,LAST TYPE SL1 TN 024 0 09 15 KEY 04 H DES IA 8 OCT 2003 (2616) TN 007 0 04 00 KEY 14 DES IA 8 OCT 2003 (2616) TN 004 0 06 06 KEY 04 H DES IA 12 SEP 2003 (2616) TN 004 0 06 00 KEY 04 H DES IA 9 SEP 2003 (2616) TN 008 0 08 08 KEY 04 DES RE 9 SEP 2003 (200 TN 004 0 09 03 KEY 13 DES 42AP7 9 SEP 2003 (2616) TN 004 0 09 04 KEY 13 DES IA 9 SEP 2003 (2216) TN 004 0 06 07 KEY 04 H DES IA 27 AUG 2003 (2616) TN 024 0 07 06 KEY 04 H DES IA 26 JUN 2003 (2616) TN 004 0 06 04 KEY 03 H DES IA 18 JUN 2003 (2616) TN 004 0 06 05 KEY 02 H MARP DES IA 8 OCT 2003 (2616) TN 7 0 4 0 DATE PAGE DES DES IA TN 007 0 04 00 TYPE 2616 CDEN 4D CUST 0 AOM 0 FDN 4700 TGAR 1 LDN NO NCOS 3 SGRP 0 RNPG 10 SCI 0 SSU LNRS 16 XLST CLS UNR FBA WTA LPR PUA MTD FNA HTD ADD HFA MWA LMPN RMMD SMWD AAD IMD XHD IRD NID OLD VCE DRG1 POD DSX VMD CMSD CCSD SWD LNA CNDA CFTD SFD DDV CNID CDCA MSID DAPA BFED RCBD ICDD CDMD MCTD CLBD AUTU GPUD DPUD DNDD CFXA ARHD CLTD ASCD CPFA CPTA ABDD CFHD FICD NAID BUZZ AHD DDGA NAMA USRD ULAD RTDD RBDD RBHD PGND OCBD FLXD FTTU CPND_LANG ENG RCO 0 HUNT PLEV 02 AST IAPG 0 AACS NO ITNA NO DGRP DNDR 0 KEY 00 SCR 4736 0 MARP CPND NAME Monique Black XPLN 13 DISPLAY_FMT FIRST,LAST 01 MCR 2446 0 CPND NAME CIGNA XPLN 5 DISPLAY_FMT FIRST,LAST 02 MCR 2785 0 CPND NAME Coordinated XPLN 11 DISPLAY_FMT FIRST,LAST 03 MCR 4707 0 CPND NAME First Winthrop XPLN 14 DISPLAY_FMT FIRST,LAST 04 MCR 4870 0 CPND NAME Phoenix Investors XPLN 17 DISPLAY_FMT FIRST,LAST 05 MCR 4647 0 CPND NAME UNIPROP XPLN 7 DISPLAY_FMT LAST,FIRST 06 MCR 8560 0 MARP CPND NAME Westin XPLN 6 DISPLAY_FMT FIRST,LAST 07 08 MCR 4777 0 CPND NAME Polaris Temp XPLN 12 DISPLAY_FMT FIRST,LAST 09 CHG 10 CFW 4 4700 11 MWK 4700 12 MSB 13 TRN 14 MCR 4709 0 CPND NAME WP Carey XPLN 8 DISPLAY_FMT FIRST,LAST 15 DATE 8 OCT 2003 DN 4707 DATE PAGE DES DN 4707 CPND NAME First Winthrop XPLN 14 DISPLAY_FMT FIRST,LAST TYPE SL1 TN 024 0 09 15 KEY 05 H DES IA 8 OCT 2003 (2616) TN 007 0 04 00 KEY 03 DES IA 8 OCT 2003 (2616) TN 004 0 09 03 KEY 10 DES 42AP7 9 SEP 2003 (2616) TN 004 0 09 04 KEY 10 DES IA 9 SEP 2003 (2216) TN 004 0 06 07 KEY 06 H DES IA 27 AUG 2003 (2616) TN 024 0 07 06 KEY 05 H DES IA 26 JUN 2003 (2616) TN 004 0 06 04 KEY 10 DES IA 18 JUN 2003 (2616) TN 007 0 07 00 KEY 00 H MARP DES 42AP7 18 JUN 2003 (2616) TN 004 0 06 05 KEY 05 DES IA 8 OCT 2003 (2616)

Location: Philadelphia Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Laura, First off, do you have DID numbers in your network? If so, please repoint your toll free numbers to them. Old COT with hunt patterns will drive us all crazy =-\ After that, your can isolate them much more effectively. We could probably band aid your current situation, but it has a problem at the design level and will continue to cause you problems in the future. Thanks, Mike

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | "Beep, Beep" during conference calls Mike, Thanks for the info - yes, we definitely have DIDs. I would love to use those instead, however, this particular client has both the POT main number and the 800 number given out to all their clients (large investment firm) that they do not want to change. Therefore, between the grandfathered SL1 to a 61C combo PBX with no maintenance agreement with a vendor, I'm becoming well-versed in band-aids Laura

Location: Missouri Rep Power: 6 ![]() | 800 numbers do not have to change to change LD carriers. If your current 800 company doesn't want to point it to a different number, take your business elsewhere. You can save money if you already have a dedicated T1 for outgoing LD by having your incoming 800s on the same span. Then you can use DNIS and IDC and point your numbers anywhere in your switch. Plus, your LD company should cut you a break on your per-minute 800 charges if you do this.
