Is there a way to generate a report from a MICB3 card as to how many ports are being used for a period of time? Our Admins are complaining of not having enough ports to do conferences, but I need justification for a business case to upgrade which would show that X amount of ports are being used in any given hour. The "report" function in administration on the card doesn't give me what I am looking for. We are using 2 cards with the Dual Card Conference feature.

Thanks in advance.

If you're still looking, try "billing report" of MICB3.

Mitel SX200 Modem Config.

That'll probably have to do for now. I tried looking at the overbooking report, and I believe that may provide the actual amount of ports being used. Since the first task is to see what the bookings are, what I can do is export the billing report to my PC, and write a small VBA macro for Excel to clean it up then chart it.

Thanks for the help
