Question unable to do any changes(out/chg/mov)

Hi, I'm unable to do any changes(out/chg/mov) for the below attached TNs,please help me... (already Disabled/Enabled the Card and Unit individually) >err sch2501 > SCH2501 An attempt was made to change a telephone that is in the process of relocating. I think that your answer is in the error description: SCH2501 An attempt was made to change a telephone that is in the process of relocating

It sounds as if your sets have for some reason been put into a "set relocation" scenario.

In your docs, do a search on "set relocation" There is a wealth of info, and may give you the clues on recovery.
