| Junior Member   | Almost every time we create an agent in Symposium 4.02 no data/stats is attached to it. The only way we found to fix this is to delete the agent and recreate the agent again with the same login ID. Yes we lose the stats.. but then it starts again to capture the data. Does any one have an idea of what could be causing this? Thanks |

Location: Philadelphia Rep Power: 6  | Nortel BUG1500 Frenzy after LD95 Can you give any more info, Are you using the classic client or web client? Can you see real time stats or reporting stats or nothing Can you see the agents status and changes in the real time interface? Is the same person that added the agent, theo one that is deleting them and rebuilding them again? What SU are you running? Is the data missing from just the web clint interface or classic or both? | ||||||||

| Junior Member | Im using the classic Client. Yes all the real time stats are showing. The agent status also is changing. Yes it is the same person that create and delete them. And right now it is only happening 2 of 5 agents created. We dont have a web interface. The stats are missing from the classic reports. We also used a SQL query software to look into the Sybase DB... and the name and other fields are showing <null> The SU is SU09S on the Server and SU09C on the client. |

| Admin  | hsantos - Just a note - I've noticed that when reports are created using duplicate criteria (such as Agent Name and Agent ID in an agent performance report) the reports aren't complete.
