Location: Gulf Coast Rep Power: 5   Country:  | We are in the market for the Miran Rls 3. Anyone have any pros/cons about this product as compared to an Interalia XMU. Our main reason for purchase is to provide Broadcast MOH with promotional ads intermixed. Of course we will us it to provide RAN's to the Call Centers as well... Any comments? | ||||||||

Rep Power: 0 | The XMU is much more user friendly and DOES support the Nortel Broadcast feature. The main disadvantage to the MIRAN is that in order to remotely make changes the phone that is making the changes has to be UNR so it can have direct trunk access. The XMU support WAV files to be downloaded via LAN or recordings via an analog port. | ||||||||
