Hi Everyone,

Running Callpilot 2.02 here and just encountered an issue that Ive never seen b4.

The message headers in the Callpilot store are disappearing after listening to the messages using the player. The message is still intact on the server and can be accessed via telephone, but the header is somehow bring purged from the client computer cache making it impossible to access using the Desktop Client.

I am only encountering this issue with one user.

Steps I have done

Reset the Callpilot Transport for the client --->didn't fix issue
Uninstalled and reinstalled the Client ---->didn't fix issue

Started CPtrace --->in progress

Anyone have any ideas, suggestion or experienced this before please HELP...I will appreciate anything you can do.

Thanks

Hi every1,

Found a solution, although I still dont have a cause.

I closed Outlook

Found the cache file where the headers are stored.

C:\Documents and Setttings\<user name>\callpilot.cst

renamed and moved it to another directory.

When I reopened Outlook and logged into the Callpilot server the .cst file was recreated and repopulated. And now it works....that .cst file must have been corrupted somehow.

Cheers
Adam
