Rep Power: 0  Country:  | Option 11c and Nortel IVR We have an Option 11c with Nortel's SCO Unix IVR along with Symposium Express and Call Pilot 4.0. Our IVR talks to a database (Oracle 8i) using client version 7.3.4 We are currently testing Oracle 10g database, and unfortunately IVR's oracle client version does not work with the newer version of Oracle database. There are no newer releases of Oracle's client for that flavor of Unix. My question is, what is the best way out of this predicament? I think, a replacement IVR is in order, but what's the best solution? I've done some reading on Asterix and other products, but I am not entirely sure which product is best. Any advice is greatly appreciated. | ||||||||
