Rep Power: 7 ![]() | Old 8x24 I'm trying to setup a BFS to a 3904 that's programmed as an ACD phone. When I press the BusyFwd button to ring the other party(ACD phone) nothing happens. I'm basically trying to set it up so that a manager can call his assistant by pressing one button - - but his assistant is in an ACD group. Is this possible? I know I can do it by using an intercom group but that would require an extra step to use. Here are the first 3 keys of the ACD agent phone: KEY 00 ACD 4604 0 4660 AGN 01 NRD 02 MSB

Rep Power: 7 ![]() | I'm not sure exactly what you mean but I think you're saying that it's not possible because the primary DN is not on key 0. I think I might workaround this problem by using an autodial button instead to dial the user's primary DN. Thanks
