I created a group hunt list with a PLDN which is a DID too. When I call the PLDN extension internally (only the 4 digits) it works fine. But when I call from outside I reach the first idle extension in the hunt list and after the 4 rings the calls terminate to the attendant.
What did I did wrong ? GHT are not supposed to be called from outside ?

can you post the PLDN tn (ld 57)and the group hunt list (ld20)

Div- Do you have CFTD set for all the phones and is
FNAD= HNT in LD 15?

All the phones are set to CFTD. FNAD was equals to FDN, I changed it to HNT but no change, calls still terminate to the attendant after the first idle phone in the hunt list.

Please print your MPO_DATA and NET_DATA in LD21 and post it here.

you cant add an external number in the hunt list
you need to create a phantom or ACD with CFW to the external number then store that in the list
all stored numbers need to be internal DN's

I don't agree with you about external number. The present huntlist is a linear one, so no risk to begin with this external number. Moreover it works fine when I call the hunt list in internal, i.e. 1099 only.

Try changing the option RGNA in the MPO_DATA to "DIS STD".
If just this doesn´t work program a FDN from your first entry to the PLDN. and test again.
If not working yet. Change your EXTT to yes in the NET_DATA.

If this don't do, tell me and I'll do some testing here how you could implement this.

I added the "FDN 1099" to the 2497 : No change
I changed EXTT to "YES" : No change

Well, it works fine for me here...
I'd have to check some other configurations to see if there's any restrictions in your PBX.
If u want, you may send me a PM with more information on the problem.
Anyway...
