Location: Gulf Coast Rep Power: 5 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Police Hi All, MOH and Conference loops. Can someone break it down for me.... I have a 7 Column 81C 23.55 with Broadcast Music on Hold. The personel for the company know the Access route for the music and are complaining that they're getting busy. Off the cuff I told the manager that it may be a conference path(s) being busy and that I would have to look into it. Thanks....

Location: Ottawa Rep Power: 7 ![]() | Chas, I had a similar problem a while back. The MOH was fine, but I getting a busy signal when dialing the access code. The problem was caused by the actual set that I was dialing from. That is, on our switch TGAR has to be set to 0 to hear music when dialing an access code instead of the default TGAR 1. I am assuming people on hold still here music when waiting. If all the conference ports for music are being used by customers, they should not get busy signals, but dead air. Hope this helps.

Location: Gulf Coast Rep Power: 5 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Thanks for the reply... It seems that my 60 1 loop is the one giving the busy and now they saying that there isn't music when they place some one on hold. When I dial the music route, I get reorder. When I trace I get the following: ACTIVE TN 060 1 05 13 ORIG 060 1 05 13 0 SCR MARP 0 7574 2616 TERM NONE TDTN 32 SLOT 9 PTY SLOT 73 DIAL DN 8044 MAIN_PM REOR TALKSLOT NONE EES_DATA: NONE QUEU DIAL CALL ID 0 6206 I did a mov command and moved 60 1 5 13 to the 28 loop and everything works....Must be some problem with that loop. I'm not getting any erorr codes.....Any ideas.....
