Anyone experiencing i2050 reboots on a laptop (W2k) every 5 minutes or so?

I have Trace on and it claims that the reason for reboot is Watchdog.
Is there any way to increase Watchdog timeout value or other things to prevent i2050 rebooting all the time?

Ping between laptop and ITG line card works perfectly 40ms all the time.

The problem was ITG-Line card Firmware version. The latest one fixed the rebooting.
