Hi!

I have a problem, with on attendant PC so I nedd to activate an attendant.
I remember some years ago, I have a manual from an 11E PBX with information from how to activate an attendant using a 2616 phone, but I don't find this manual.

Somebody knows how to do this?

Rigth now I have only one attendant 2250 running but I need another attendant because I have a high traffic from 10:00 to 14:00 (more than 15 calls simultaneous)

thanks Ismael

Hey Ismael, We do understand. I can habla espanol too. lol

Well at least I admit I don't remember a command to activate a Attendant Console via a 2616... sorry, maybe someone will, it may just take some time and the right person viewing this thread.

Good Luck,
I am assuming you don't have access to the tty?

YOU CAN'T HAVE A CONSOLE AND A 2616 WORKING TOGETHER, YOU CAN OVERFLOW THE CALLS IN QUE TO THE 2616 TO BE ANSWERED

Parables

The document you try to find is probably the Option 11C and 11C Mini
Central Answering Position Guide. It is on the MERL core CD under the Opt 11 C tab.
