Location: The other side of the Lake from work Rep Power: 11   | Situation: 2616 phone Multi lines set Primay (key 0) and keys 3-6 are roll overs for a hot line Key 1 is DN for the user. When calls are dialed to key 1's ext. they roll directly to VM even when the user isn't on the other line. LHK is set to 6, FDN is acurate. Suggestions on cause? | ||||||||
