RESOLVED dial-up modem issue/procomm

all of a sudden procomm plus will not work when dialing into my cs1000. worked find on friday, but came in this morning, and there are issues.
call will go through, procomm will connect to the modem, but when trying to login, it seems like nothing is going from the modem to the switch, no characters on screen, etc.
tested procomm with my mg100 branch office, which uses the same settings, and it works fine.
can anyone think of anything i might be able to look at?

Thanks for all the help, after some googling, I found the LD needed, and sure enough the TTY port was disabled.

it could be either the modem itself has a problem, not sending back the characters from the remote pabx, so i think you need to reset such modem.

or the tty attached to that modem was held up. sometimes tty locks up and need to be re-enable either by telephone maintenance commands, or directly logging on that pabx (so i think you need to travel down there if noone will do it for you) .

LD 37
STAT TTY

LD 37
ENL TTY xx

Where XX = number of the TTY that is disabled... if there are any PTYS (Psuedo) they will be disabled and unable to enable them, this is design intent, your modem will most likely be a lower number... 1-7...
