register VOIP phone from NATed network

I have CS 1000 system
i have a site connected to my network with bridging MPLS
I have an Microsoft ISA server between me and them with NAT

my question is:how can I register VIOP extensions with NAT connection
Notes:-
1) I got error "NAT error ITG3053" when I tried to register the phone
2) there is configuration NAT on the PBX but I could not understand that

can anybody help me?I appreciate that

Have a look at "NAT Traversal" in the IP Line Fundamentals NTP. Your NAT has to be a "Cone NAT". If the IP Phone is behind a Symmetric NAT, IP Phone registration is unsuccessful and the IP Phone displays a "NAT Error! ITG3053" message.

But I think Microsofte ISA Support only Symmetric NAT!so no solution?

Documentation is clear. Will not work with symmetric NAT.
