Location: S.E. Michigan Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Hi All, We have an Opt. 11 Not certain of the best way to handle this: We have a Customer Service Dept. (they're on an ACD queue and have 2616s), a Field Service Dept. and a Repair/Service Dept. CS frequently has to forward/transfer calls to FS. Problem is: They have no way of knowing who's at their desk in FS. Ideally there'd be one number they could call that would ring on all FS phones. An ACD queue for this group is out of the question--not enough discipline. (BTDT. It was a disaster.) I'm [i]guessing[/b] an SCR shared on all their phones will only allow one such call at a time. We can't use an MCR due to an odd bug in our switch software. (I'd post a link to a previous thread on this, but this site's search feature seems to be broken.) Suggestions? Tnx, Jim | ||||||||
